Delivery

In our store, all products are finished and ready to be shipped.
Free delivery is available on most products in our store.
If you like any product in our store and you would like to order it but would like to change the rune or other symbol, please contact me, we will make the product according to your wishes.

How long will the delivery take?

I will send the orders through our national postal operator Ukrposhta.
Below are the average delivery times.

Canada: 3 weeks
North America: 2-3 weeks
Europe: 8-14 days
Australia, New Zealand and Oceania: 3-5 weeks
Delivery to other countries – about 3-4 weeks.

Please note that the customer is responsible for all customs/VAT and local taxes.


Returns and exchanges.

You can cancel your order before it has been shipped by contacting me within 12 hours. Once the delivery process has started, the order cannot be canceled.

I accept returns within 14 days of receiving the product, but only if:
- if the product is not damaged and not used;
- is in the original packaging.

If you are disappointed with the product, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve any issue.

Please note that the buyer is responsible for return shipping unless we have delivered it to you in error or it is faulty.
Please note that custom and personalized orders are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
